Garlic dip is a traditional greek appetiser, usually served with fried zucchini , eggplants, fried cod but also boiled vegetables as green amarynth and ouzo.
Ingredients
- 400 g white breadcrumbs soaked and strained
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 shot of vinegar
- 60 ml olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- An easy all-year garlic dip.
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until creamy.
- Serve with zucchini, eggplants, olives and a glass of ouzo !
