It is well known even from the Ancient Greece era in different varieties.

Description

Garlic dip is a traditional greek appetiser, usually served with fried zucchini , eggplants,  fried cod but also boiled vegetables as green amarynth and ouzo.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g white breadcrumbs soaked and strained
  • 3 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • An easy all-year garlic dip.
  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until creamy.
  • Serve with zucchini, eggplants, olives and a glass of ouzo !
